WPC composite decking board will expand and shrink according to itself characteristics. When install, you should reserve suitable gap, also notice some factors of bottom support joist frame.

Some Install notice for our 25mm thickness WPC decking board:
* Two joists' center distance is max 400mm;
* Install edge board or edge cover or edge slat to cover the deck four sides;
* Install double joists together at the close place of two individual decking board end;

Our WPC decking board match with our fix clip and start-end clip. You should use our fix clip and start-end clip, otherwise our WPC decking board will be without warranty.

WPC decking board: there is ten years warranty only for split/break under our installation instruction and normal using. Warranty not include color fading,expanding,shrinking,waving,warping,bending and others.

In warranty period, we would like to offer same quantity new WPC decking board compensating for only these split/break decking board, not compensate other expense. Accessories compensation are same with decking board's.

This warranty does not cover the cost of installation, removal of debris/waste, reinstallation. The supplier sole obligation is limited to replacement of wpc decking board only and shall have no further obligation or liability except as stated herein. Exclusions: This Warranty does not apply to any range of product which is:
Damaged by force majeure, acts of war;
Damaged due to transportation or malfunction;
Has not been installed in accordance with provided installation guidelines, local building codes, deed restricted community rules and regulations;
Has been used, modified or otherwise treated in a manner not intended by the supplier;
Normal wear and tear which doesn’t affect the use of products; 
Failure to follow or notice any restrictions supplied with the product or not in accordance with local building codes, deed restricted community rules and regulations shall make the warranty null and void and of no further effect. The supplier reserves the right to inspect the product, investigate any and all claims in which a claim has been made.

Any and all construction utilizing our product must be in accordance with all local zoning and or building codes. In obtaining refund or replacement, the original owner must submit its claim along with this warranty certificate, original purchase invoice stating purchase date, pictures of defective products and a detailed description to the supplier.

In no event shall the supplier be liable for labor or other expenses incurred by the purchaser, or special, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages of any kind of manufacturer’s liability arising out of the manufacture, sale or supply of our range of products or their use, whether based upon warranty, contract, tort or otherwise shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid by the purchaser for the range products.

Warranty is not transferrable.

Suggestion of maintenance:
1.WPC deck surface should not be immersed in water long time. After rain/snow, you should often clean deck surface.
2.Suggest to use non-high pressure water to spray deck surface, clean by a soft brush 2-3 times per month. Do not use high-pressure washer.
3.For oil and other dirty place: you can use brush with sodium percarbonate cleaner and water, run and return at one same direction moving, not circle running. Do not use chlorine bleaches cleaner. Do not use high-pressure washer.
4.If find the close place gap of two individual board end is bigger than 3-8mm, you can lightly foot press and move decking board to close together, repeat this action several times at different positions of decking board, until the close place of two individual decking boards' end is return to 3-8mm gap.
If still not success, you can use one rubber hammer to lightly tap the decking board's another end, let decking board return to the close place of two decking boards' end, until the close place of two decking boards' end is return to 3-8mm gap.
5.If find the close place gap of two individual board end is little than 3-8mm, you can lightly foot press and move decking board to seperate, repeat this action several times at different positions of decking board, until the close place of two decking boards' end is return to 3-8mm gap.
