Before you buy and pick up, please firstly read these terms in below:
1.Our store quantity are often changed.The product quantity and product price in the quote are only valid within 24 hours.
2.Please carefully double check the order details before you pick up, there is no return for the remaining materials.
3.For gate with handle lock: Handle with lock maybe work not good as original after some rains, you can use WD-40 Lubricant to process them. This condition is not avoided and is not covered of the warranty.
4.Please carefully double check the order details before you pick up. After you collected cargo, there is no return and no swap if no split/break under our installation instruction and normal using within the warranty period.

Warranty:

Please carefully read our installation instruction and follow it when install fencing/gate, otherwise cargo will be without warranty.

Our Aluminium Fencing Panel/Gate Body: there is ten years warranty only for split/break under our installation instruction and normal using, not include color fading and others.

Panel/Gate Accessories: there is one year warranty only for split/break under our installation instruction and normal using, not include rust and others.

In warranty period, we would like to offer same quantity new material compensating for only these split/break part, not compensate other expense.

This warranty does not cover the cost of installation, removal of debris/waste, reinstallation. The supplier sole obligation is limited to replacement of product only and shall have no further obligation or liability except as stated herein. Exclusions: This Warranty does not apply to any range of product which is:
Damaged by force majeure, acts of war;
Damaged due to transportation or malfunction;
Has not been installed in accordance with provided installation guidelines, local building codes, deed restricted community rules and regulations;
Has been used, modified or otherwise treated in a manner not intended by the supplier;
Normal wear and tear which doesn’t affect the use of products; 
Failure to follow or notice any restrictions supplied with the product or not in accordance with local building codes, deed restricted community rules and regulations shall make the warranty null and void and of no further effect. The supplier reserves the right to inspect the materials, investigate any and all claims in which a claim has been made.

Any and all construction utilizing our product must be in accordance with all local zoning and or building codes. In obtaining refund or replacement, the original owner must submit its claim along with this warranty certificate, original purchase invoice stating purchase date, pictures of defective products and a detailed description to the supplier.

In no event shall the supplier be liable for labor or other expenses incurred by the purchaser, or special, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages of any kind of manufacturer’s liability arising out of the manufacture, sale or supply of our range of products or their use, whether based upon warranty, contract, tort or otherwise shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid by the purchaser for the range products.

Warranty is not transferrable.
